Another Gospel

In my last post, I briefly mentioned why I find Christianity to be the wisest choice. Today I’d like to share my findings about the Mormon, AKA: Latter Day Saints, cult. Yes, it is a cult. Let me explain…

I have been researching for a very long time on the Illuminati and the Masonic cult and have found that the Mormon religion has ties with these entities. Instead of just citing websites, I decided to go in person and see the occultic symbols engraved in stone for myself. Upon arrival, I saw the tabernacle under construction due to foundation repairs. This was a disappointment since I had come to see this specific building. Nonetheless, I was still able to see one of the signs I had come for: the masonic handshake.

On the Assembly Hall, I recognized the seal of Solomon. This is also known as a hex in the satanist cults. To prove this isn’t an architectural coincidence, the LDS church affirms their intentional use of this particular star among many others. While what they say in this post may be true, it does not negate the presence of the Illuminati and Masonic symbols. The six-pointed star is the star of Solomon. This star was included when he started worshipping the goddess Ashtoreth, AKA: Ishtar. This star is not only accepted in the LDS but also in the nation of Israel; however, I will not get into the Rothschilds in this post. All I will mention on this subject is that Ishtar is also known as the mother of heaven and is recognized in the LDS church. Going across the street, I discovered more symbols: the masonic handshake, the Illuminati eye, the beehive, what appears to be a compass in shape, occultist hand symbols, the Satanic pentagram, and the Masonic sun.

After visiting the home of Brigham Young, I was astonished at all the information I received on the tour. First, the eagle gate had another satanic star with an eagle perched on a masonic beehive. Both the temple and the house of Brigham Young were designed by his Mormon brother-in-law.

During the visit, two missionaries came up to me and struck up a conversation. They gave me a little Mormon booklet called The Articles of Faith. Stating 13 principles, this booklet is very little biblically founded. The huge red flag for me is article 8. This article states, “We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God (emphasis added).” This should throw any solid Christian off their feet. One thing I have pondered is why the LDS, or Mormons, say they are Christians yet only read the book of Mormon. This book has no historical evidence of when it was written and by whom. It was said to have been weird Egyptian when Smith received the tablets of gold; yet, the author was a supposed Jew. (hmmm?)

Joseph Smith stated that the Book of Mormon was “the keystone of our religion,” to which the former LDS Prophet Ezra Taft Benson added, “Just as the arch crumbles if the keystone is removed, so does all the Church stand or fall with the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon.”

I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Galatians 1:6-9

The Mormon faith is wholly based on Joseph Smith receiving a vision from an angel called Marconi. Since this angel preached a different gospel, the case is closed for me. Mormons have ties with Masonry and the Illuminati. The LDS founder Joseph Smith was even a Mason..

“Masons who visit the Temple Block in Salt Lake City are impressed by what they call the Masonic emblems displayed on the outside of the Mormon Temple.

“Yes, the ‘Masonic emblems’ are displayed on the walls of the Temple—the sun, moon and stars, ‘Holiness to the Lord,’ the two right hands clasped in fellowship, the All-seeing eye, Alpha and Omega, and the beehive. Masonic writers tell us that the Mormon Temple ritual and their own are slightly similar in some respects.

“Without any apologies we frankly admit that there may be some truth in these statements.” (Mormonism and Masonry, Introduction, by E. Cecil McGavin, Bookcraft, 1956)

Later in the same book, Mr. McGavin stated:

“In the diary of Benjamin F. Johnson, an intimate friend and associate of Joseph Smith, it is recorded that ‘Joseph told me that Freemasonry was the apostate endowment, as sectarian religion was the apostate religion.’ Elder Heber C. Kimball, who had been a Mason for many years, related that after Joseph Smith became a Mason, he explained to his brethren that Masonry had been taken from the priesthood.” (Mormonism and Masonry, p.199)

“Even after the turn of the century and the abandonment of polygamy, the same comparison [to Masonry] was made. The First Presidency stated in a message on October 15, 1911, that ‘[b]ecause of their Masonic characters, the ceremonies of the temple are sacred and not for the public.’
“Mormon use of Masonic symbols has also been publicly acknowledged. Mormons were hardly discreet in their depictions of symbols long associated with Freemasonry…including the square, the compass, the sun, moon, and stars, the beehive, the all-seeing eye, ritualistic hand grips, two interlaced triangles forming a six-pointed star…and a number of other Masonic symbols on endowment houses, temples, cooperatives, grave markers, tabernacles, church meetinghouses, newspaper mastheads, hotels, residences, money, logos, and seals.” (“Similarity of Priesthood in Masonry”: The Relationship between Freemasonry and Mormonism, by Michael W. Homer, Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought, vol.27, no.3, Fall 1994, p.73)

The last things I’d like to share are Articles 10 and 12. These two state that America will be the place of the New Jerusalem and that we are to be subject to the government.
